To request an account or reactivation, send an email to libraryweb@seymourjohnson.af.mil from your SJAFB email account.
- Include a preferred username and password if you desire (no special symbols and the password must be at least 6 characters), otherwise one will be created for you.
Accounts are provided based on availability, since we have a limited number of licenses. Requests meeting ACC guidelines will have an account created as soon as a slot is available and the requestor will be notified via email that the account has been established.
Additionally, accounts inactive for 1-2 weeks are subject to deactivation to maintain maximum availability (inactivity is based on course use, not logins). If your account is deactivated, it can be reactivated but is subject to the same availability guidelines as new account requests.
The latest version of Adobe's Shockwave player software is required.
