Those eligible to use this service are:

  • U.S. active duty military service members and their dependents
  • U.S. reserve military members on active duty in a deployed status and their dependents
  • U.S. National Guard personnel on active duty in a deployed status and their dependents
  • U.S. Department of Defense civilians in a deployed status and their dependents

  • Go to www.tutor.com/miitary
  • Click on "For Air Force" button
  • Read the eligibility requirements.  If you are eligible, check the "I certify..." box and click on the "Yes, I'm eligible" button
  • Fill out the application form and click on "Create Account" button
